Steve Lightbourn is a seasoned marketing professional with a strong background in developing and implementing strategic marketing programs. Currently serving as the Manager of Marketing Programs at WPPI Energy since April 2015, Steve focuses on enhancing brand reputation and maximizing customer engagement for 51 nonprofit municipal utilities. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Marketing Strategy at Wisconsin Energy Conservation Corporation, where Steve managed marketing efforts for over 20 utility clients and government agencies, achieving consistent annual growth. Steve's marketing expertise was further demonstrated at the Wisconsin Historical Society, leading marketing initiatives for multiple sites and museums, and at Waldbillig & Besteman as the Director of Marketing Services. Early career experience includes a position as an Account Representative at TDS Metrocom. Steve holds a BBA in Marketing from the Wisconsin School of Business and has furthered education at The University of Freiburg.
