Crystal Meisaan Chan is a seasoned diversity speaker, DEI, and mixed-race advocate with extensive experience in community engagement and education. Since 2014, Chan has consulted on DEI initiatives and facilitated virtual communities aimed at racial healing for the AAPI and mixed-race POC communities. As a contributor to Wisconsin Public Radio, Chan shares impactful stories reflecting life in Wisconsin. Additionally, Chan is an award-winning children's author, celebrated for two novels published in ten countries. Previous roles include assistant director at the Cenacle Conference Center, adjunct professor at Benedictine University, and leadership positions within various organizations focused on community development and strategic planning. Chan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Cultural Studies from Lawrence University.
