Susan G Quam, CAE, IOM has extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. Susan G began their career at the Wisconsin Beef Council in 1988, where they served as Promotion Director until 1997. In 1997, they joined the Wisconsin Restaurant Association, initially working as the Education Foundation Executive Director. In 2012, they were promoted to the position of Executive Vice President, a role they currently hold.

Susan G Quam, CAE, IOM obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1984 and 1988. Susan G focused their studies in the fields of Meat & Animal Science and Agricultural Journalism.
