Luke Kraemer

Luke Kraemer has extensive experience in law enforcement and instruction, with service at the Wisconsin State Patrol since January 2008, currently holding the position of Lieutenant in the Dignitary Protection Unit and serving as an instructor in General Law Enforcement and various specialized areas. Prior roles include Sergeant and Trooper at the Wisconsin State Patrol from September 2000 to August 2024, as well as instructing at Lakeshore Technical College from 2008 to 2016. Earlier experience includes serving as a Reserve Deputy at Manitowoc County Sheriff's Office. Educational credentials include an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice from Lakeshore College and professional training as an Executive Protection Specialist through Kentucky State Police.
