Stephen Niles

Stephen Niles serves as the Lead Chaplain for the Waukesha County Sheriff's Office since September 2017 and holds multiple chaplaincy roles across various organizations, including the Wisconsin Department of Justice, Wisconsin State Patrol, and Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. Niles is also the President of Law Enforcement Chaplains of Waukesha County, LLC, and actively participates in crisis response initiatives for law enforcement. With a background in engineering management from Gustave A. Larson Co., Niles enhances professional skills through certifications in Chaplaincy from the International Conference of Police Chaplains and holds an MBA and BSBA in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University.
