Dallas Fahey

Dallas Fahey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in equity, inclusion, and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Equity & Inclusion Specialist at the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction and as a Senior Human Resources Specialist - DEI Coordinator at the Wisconsin State Public Defender, Dallas has focused on promoting diversity and equity within these organizations. Prior to these roles, Dallas held various positions at Associated Bank from January 2020 to November 2023, including AVP - Workforce Development & Career Pathway Programs Talent Acquisition Consultant and Talent Acquisition Specialist, as well as working as a Bank Teller. Dallas holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, earned in May 2019.
