Hennie Young

Hennie Young currently serves as the Diversity and Inclusion Lead at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in the London office, a position held since November 2021, where Hennie leads the development and implementation of the firm-wide diversity and inclusion strategy. Prior to this role, Hennie worked at KPMG International from April 2017 to November 2021, progressing from Manager of Global Inclusion & Diversity to Assistant Manager in Global People, and earlier as a Coordinator for Global Inclusion & Diversity. Hennie's career began with a Human Resources internship at Schroders in 2015, followed by a Resourcing Graduate Trainee position at KPMG UK. Hennie holds a degree in Theology from Durham University and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from London Metropolitan University.
