Josh Hotsenpiller

Josh Hotsenpiller is the President of CEO Life LLC and the Founder/CEO and board member of JUNO, a company acquired by Growth Zone. Josh is also the Founder/CEO of Wisdom Capture, a company acquired by LWC INC, which focuses on accelerating executive visibility and employee collaboration. Additionally, Josh is the Founder of ScaleFactor and Crowd Hub, where Josh applies behavioral science to increase consumer and employee engagement. Josh serves as a Teaching Pastor at The Church at Rancho Bernardo and is the Co-Founder of myHealthTrack. Josh previously founded Profits4Purpose, which was acquired by YourCause and then by Blackbaud. Josh holds a B.S. in Organizational Leadership from Alliance University.
