Michelle Cieri Bravo has extensive experience in customer service and management roles across various industries. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of B2B and Breeder Support Services at Wisdom Panel since September 2012, Michelle leads an international team focused on delivering exceptional support to the B2B, veterinary, and breeder communities. Previously, Michelle held the position of Customer Service Manager at Wisdom Panel, contributing to seamless consumer experiences. Prior roles include Front Line Manager at IKEA Group, where responsibilities included managing cashiers and customer service teams, and Assistant Manager/Acting Store Manager at Crate and Barrel, where Michelle played a key role in opening a new store.
