Kaitlyn Tarver began their work experience in 2009 as an Office Assistant at Cooks Moving Service Inc, where they provided office administration and customer service. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at Hampton Stationery, starting as a store-front associate and later taking on the roles of Commercial Account Manager and Sales and Marketing Manager. Here, they managed commercial accounts, built relationships, and coordinated deliveries. In 2012, they joined Weinstein Properties as a Sales and Leasing Consultant, where they worked with prospective tenants, marketed vacant spaces, and explained the terms of occupancy. Since 2018, they have been working at WISE Advise + Assist Team, first as a Client Acquisition Lead and currently as an Operations Assistant and Executive Assistant to the CEO. In this role, they assist in developing and maintaining operations, including CRM management, finance administration, and project management. Kaitlyn also specializes in finding the right solutions for new clients.

Kaitlyn Tarver attended Kecoughtan High School from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Kaitlyn then enrolled in Thomas Nelson Community College from 2009 to 2011, although they did not obtain a degree. During their education, Kaitlyn Tarver also acquired additional certifications, including an Inbound Marketing Certification and an Inbound Sales Certification from HubSpot Academy.
