Molly Davies, LCSW has a wide range of experience in the field of aging services. Molly began their career in 2004 as a Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program Regional Manager at WISE Senior Services, where they worked until 2006. In 2006, they joined WISE & Healthy Aging and held various roles, including Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program Director from 2006 to 2010, Vice President from 2010 to 2021, Executive Vice President from 2021 to 2022, and currently serves as the President and CEO. Molly's extensive experience and leadership positions demonstrate their expertise and dedication to the field of aging services.
Molly Davies, LCSW, holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from California State University, Long Beach. Molly specialized in Older Adults and Families during their studies at the university, completing their degree in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology from UCLA in 1998.
