Alison Lalla

Alison Lalla has extensive work experience in the field of payroll and HR administration. Alison started their career in 2004 at Human Resources inc. as a 401(k) Administrator, where they worked for over 17 years until February 2022. During this time, they gained expertise in managing 401(k) accounts and ensuring compliance with related regulations. In February 2022, Alison joined Wise Consulting Associates as a Client Payroll Specialist, where they currently work.

Alison Lalla received a Diploma from Bowie Senior High School where they studied from 1978-1982. Alison later pursued further education, acquiring a certification as a Certified Payroll Professional from the American Payroll Association in 2005. In 2015, they completed a program called Retirement Plan Fundamentals at the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, specializing in 401(k) Administration.
