Dina Hassan

Dina Hassan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dina is currently employed at WISE Employment since 2017, where they hold the role of Project and Change Management. Prior to this, they worked at Etisalat Academy as a Senior Trainer and Coach from 2015 to 2016, where they assisted in developing the training program and provided on-job training and evaluation. Dina also has experience as a Freelance Trainer from 2012 to 2015, working independently. Dina has also worked as a Trainer at IGB in 2014, where they trained employees on various customer service and communication skills. Furthermore, Dina worked as a Trainer at Themar Academy in 2014, providing training on self-awareness, career planning, CV writing, and job interviews. Dina also has experience as a Customer Service Trainer at Shaheen Academy from 2013 to 2014, where they trained employees on customer service and CRM procedures.
