Cecilia Mullins has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Medical Staff Coordinator at Wise Health System since September 2007. Prior to this role, Cecilia worked at Texas United Title as an Escrow & Accounting Assistant from December 2004 to May 2006, and gained valuable experience as a Fleet Service Clerk at American Airlines from April 1988 to May 2005. Cecilia's educational background includes attending Texas Tech University from 1987 to 1988 and earning a High School Diploma from L.D. Bell High School, where attendance was completed from 1978 to 1981.
