Selina Wilson

Selina Wilson joined Wise as the Global Head of DEI in July 2022. Prior to this, Selina was the Global Director of Diversity and Inclusion at FARFETCH. Among her many achievements there, Selina defined and embedded the Positively Inclusive strategy with 6 core 2030 goals related to enhancing conscious inclusion and mitigating biases across hiring, training, career development, decision making and Speak up culture processes.
