Sumaiya Shaikh

Sumaiya Shaikh is an experienced professional in relationship management and recruitment, currently serving as a Relationship Manager at WISE since April 2021. In this role, Sumaiya establishes and develops relationships with members to support the advancement of women in STEM fields across the UK. Prior to WISE, Sumaiya held various roles at Hays, including Vacancy Management Partner and Recruitment Coordinator, and gained administrative experience as a Programme Administrator at the University of Leicester. Earlier career roles involved recruitment coordination and administrative duties at Complete Recruit Ltd and Select Appointments. Sumaiya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Leicester and completed GCSEs at Moat Community College.
