Linh Nguyen

Linh Nguyen has worked in the marketing and receptionist fields since 2016. Linh began their career as a Receptionist at Sunrise Homes, where they were diplomatic, personable, and adept at managing sensitive situations. Linh was also highly organized, self-motivated, and proficient with computers. In this role, they fielded communications from clients and colleagues, triaged requests, and acted as a liaison between the company and priority clients. Linh also provided apartment sales support and resolved customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. In 2017, they joined WisePass as a Marketing Assistant.

Linh Nguyen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Office Management/Administration from HUFLIT between 2013 and 2017.
