Jim Hickey

Jim Hickey is an experienced professional in revenue operations, currently serving as the Head of Revenue Operations at Wisetack since September 2024. Jim also holds a membership at RevOps Co-op, starting in May 2023. Prior to these roles, Jim worked at Idelic from December 2021 to September 2024, where positions included Director of Revenue Operations and Senior Revenue Operations Manager. Additional experience includes roles at Vnomics as Senior Sales Operations Manager and Sales Operations Manager, as well as Account Manager at HOVER Inc. and Business Development Manager at both Expert Exteriors and Ultimate Software.
