May Turner

May grew up in beautiful Boulder, CO and graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Shortly after graduation, May joined the Wish for Wheels team focusing in community outreach and is now the Relationship Developer. Between traveling the world and playing in the great outdoors, May has grown to learn the importance of being active. She enjoys snowboarding in the winter and hiking and biking in the summer!

“I remember first learning how to ride a two wheeler, it was a purple Schwinn with purple streamers. My family and I were camping in Shelf Road, CO with my best friend and her parents. I had just gotten the bike and was dying to give it a spin. We started at the top of a hill and gave ourselves a push and just started pedaling. Looking back now, I am grateful it was a grassy hill, we definitely took a couple of falls!”
