Caitlin Shepherd is an experienced professional in the field of aging services and programming, currently serving as Senior Field Manager at Wish of a Lifetime since February 2021. Previously, Caitlin held various leadership roles at Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC, including Senior Director of Entertainment and Programming, where responsibilities encompassed mentoring directors, managing budgets, and designing engaging programming for residents. Caitlin's background includes a solid foundation in music therapy, evidenced by a Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy from Colorado State University and a Master's degree in Aging Services Management from the University of Southern California. Throughout the career, Caitlin has demonstrated a commitment to enriching the lives of seniors through innovative programming and collaboration within communities.
