Dominic Callaghan

Dominic Callaghan is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Head of Operations for Discover Camps at Wishford Education since January 2024. Previously, Dominic held the role of Salesforce Resource Partner at Computer Futures from August 2022 to December 2023 and worked as an Area Manager for Operations at Aldi UK, overseeing nine stores with a total annual turnover of £28 million. Dominic's early career included supervisory responsibilities at PizzaExpress and internships at the LTA and Harlequins, where valuable skills in leadership, team development, and business operations were cultivated. Academically, Dominic holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise from Swansea University, along with educational foundations in Law and French from Cardiff University.
