Clayton 'Merv' Hughes is an experienced aviation professional with a robust background in operational compliance and oversight within the aviation sector. Currently serving as the APAC Operations Certification Manager, SMS Lead, and Senior Manager of Operational Compliance at Wisk, Clayton has previously held significant roles including Operational Compliance Lead at Zephyr Airworks and Manager of Special Flight Operations and Recreational Aircraft at the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand.
