Jean Carlos Asencio

Jean Carlos Asencio is an experienced aerospace engineer with a focus on systems engineering and operations management in advanced air mobility projects. Currently serving as State/Local Ecosystem Partnerships Manager at Wisk, Jean Carlos has led teams in designing operations systems for electric vertical take-off and landing vehicles (eVTOL) and established a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) process across the organization. Previous roles at Boeing included Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test Engineer, and positions as an intern where innovative solutions for unmanned aerial systems and cargo air vehicles were developed. Jean Carlos holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Florida and has furthered education through a study abroad program in Aerospace Engineering at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
