Saskia van Vliet

Saskia van Vliet currently serves as a Junior Content Manager and Junior Content Redacteur at WisMon onderwijsinstituut since April 2021. Previously, Saskia completed a graduation internship at Karolinska Institutet from September 2023 to June 2024, focusing on host cell responses during Alphavirus infection, and participated in a research internship studying bile-duct development related to Alagille syndrome from February 2023 to July 2023. Additional experience includes working as a Microbiological Analyst at bioTRADING Benelux B.V. from September 2022 to February 2023, and as a Sales Employee at Blokker from August 2019 to August 2022. Saskia is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences, Biology and Medical Laboratory research at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, expected to graduate in July 2024, and holds a Havo degree from Veenlanden College with a focus on Nature & Health/Nature & Technical studies.
