Jeannette Ray

Jeannette Ray has extensive experience in Human Resources, particularly in leadership roles. Jeannette worked at Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. from 2008 onwards as the Human Resources Leader and Associate Director of Administration. Their responsibilities included directing all HR functions, strategic management, and setting the direction for administrative functions. Prior to that, they worked at Aon Hewitt from 1996 to 2008, where they served as the HR Business Group Leader. In this role, they partnered with practice leaders, managers, and employees to address various HR challenges and supported the North America Leadership Team. Jeannette also had expertise in performance consulting and providing recommendations for improving employee performance.

Jeannette Ray completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Interpersonal/Public Communication from Northern Illinois University. Jeannette attended the university from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their degree, they also obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute in February 2006.
