Kaat Ceder Pe

Kaat Ceder, PE, is a qualified engineer currently employed at Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. since August 2019, specializing in condition assessments of existing and historic structures, investigation of damage due to natural disasters and other failures, and the design of repairs for vulnerable structures. Prior experience includes internships at Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. and AECOM, focusing on structural evaluations, field investigations, and construction support.
