Nancy Maina

Nancy Maina is an accomplished Automation Engineer at SkillCat since April 2024, specializing in the automation of repetitive tasks and analyzing the benefits of AI and LLMs. As a Women Techmakers Ambassador and Founder of WiSSAfrica, Nancy is dedicated to fostering supportive communities for women in technology and sustainable STEM fields. Previous roles include serving as an SDGs Specialist & Innovation Lead at the Centre for Science and Technology Innovations, developing strategies for aligning projects with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, and as a Technical Writer at Section, creating tutorials in data science, robotics, and machine learning. Nancy also held a Civil Engineering Attaché position at the Konza Technopolis Development Authority and facilitated for the Google Developers Group, enhancing students' development skills. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Meru University of Science and Technology.
