Rashmi G N

Rashmi G N is a seasoned professional in the field of Learning and Development, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at Wissen Infotech since August 2025. Prior to this, Rashmi held the position of DVP Learning Business Partner for Product and Technology at Angel One from October 2021 to January 2025, and served as an Associate Manager at Accenture Solutions from February 2017 to October 2021. Rashmi's extensive experience includes a role as a Senior Instructional Designer at IBM India Pvt. Ltd. from May 2014 to February 2017, where responsibilities encompassed client interaction, content writing, and course design. Additionally, Rashmi spent six years as a professor at RNSIT, imparting knowledge to engineering students and guiding various projects. Rashmi began a career in academia as a lecturer at Global Academy Of Technology and HMS Institute of Technology. Educational qualifications include a Master of Technology in Computer Science from Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from SSIT, Bangalore University.
