In 2017, they joined JoulestoWatts Business Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Senior Consultant-Talent Collaboration. Sandhya then moved to Wissen Infotech in 2019, where they held various roles including Talent Acquisition Specialist, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, and currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Lead.
