Ori Pagura is an accomplished food technologist with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as the Chief Food Technologist at Wissotzky Group since June 2020, Ori previously held the position of Senior R&D Food Technologist at soglowek from July 2010 to June 2020. Ori's career began at Frutarom as a Production Manager from August 2007 to April 2009, and prior to that, Ori worked as a QA Manager at soglowek from December 2004 to August 2007. Ori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Food Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
