Lauren Stoltz's work experience begins in 2007 as a Design Assistant/Intern at Bufe and Babin, where they assisted customers with fabric selections and priced new fabric and store merchandise. In 2008, they worked as an Interior Design Assistant at Walton, creating and maintaining timelines for projects, managing client profiles, and assisting with daily tasks. Later that year, they interned as a Development Intern at Arts Council, organizing donor databases, preparing mailings, and assisting with fundraising event planning. In 2009, they joined Wisteria as a Marketing Intern/Sales Associate, where they managed the Marketing Board using Adobe Creative Suite, maintained designer relations, and designed email campaigns for a wide customer circulation. At IQ Apparel Group, starting in 2009, Stoltz worked as a Program Coordinator, monitoring the company website for accuracy, managing timelines for new product development and marketing campaigns, and coordinating photo shoots for catalogs and marketing materials. Lauren returned to Wisteria in 2011, working as an Associate Product Manager, then as a Product Manager, conducting competitive shopping and product research, managing purchase orders, establishing quality control standards, and tracking production and delivery schedules. Finally, they worked as a Project Manager at Wisteria, managing multiple development projects concurrently and maintaining a project list for financial information needed for upcoming catalogs.
Lauren Stoltz pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and from 2005 to 2009 at Texas Christian University.
