Beth Bader

Beth Bader has a diverse work experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Beth is currently the Director of Engineering at Wistia since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Engineering at The Wanderlust Group from 2018 to 2023, where they played a key role in building marketplaces and technology platforms connecting adventurers to destinations. Before that, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at Consider in 2018, where they primarily worked on a Rails project using various technologies. Beth also has experience at Wistia as a Staff Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for core features, billing systems, and user settings. Additionally, Beth worked as a Software Developer at Cyrus Innovation, where they built MVPs and payment systems from scratch. Beth started their career as a Software Engineer at Arete Inc, working on supply chain software. Beth also gained experience as a Software Development Intern at SRC, where they worked on data visualization and machine learning algorithms.

Beth Bader attended Cornell University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Science, Systems, and Technology.
