Kaitlyn Gobiel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kaitlyn started their career in 2008 as a Sales Manager at Delia*S Inc. From there, they worked at Brightcove as an Online Video Consultant, Manager of Inside Sales & Account Management (EMEA), and Manager of Inside Sales, North America. In 2015, they joined Invaluable as a Strategic Account Manager and then transitioned to Virgin Pulse as a Client Success Manager. In 2017, they joined Klaviyo as a Senior Customer Success Manager and later held positions as Manager of Customer Success, Head of CS Enablement, and Director of Customer Support.
