Jim Tran

Jim Tran is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the broadband and semiconductor industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Broadband Technology at Wistron Neweb Corporation since 2010, Jim has previously held leadership positions at Magnolia Broadband as Head of New Products, and at Intel Corporation as System Silicon Architect. Additional key roles include Vice President of the IC Development Group at Golden Bridge Technology, Senior Member of Technical Staff at Panasonic ATVL, and several engineering positions earlier in Jim's career at the David Sarnoff Research Center and Unisys Computing Network Group. Jim Tran holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Drexel University and a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
