Jean-Michel Planche

Jean-Michel Planche has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1989 with Apysoft, where they were the Founder and CTO. In 1990 they founded and became the Managing Director of Wimsea. In 1991 they founded Oléane, one of the first Internet Operators, and served as President until 1998 when it was sold to France-Télécom. From 1998 to 2000 they were the Internet Enterprise Vice President at France-Télécom. In 2000 they co-founded Witbe, where they served as SVP Strategy and Sr VP Innovation & Technology. That same year they also founded Tancred Ventures, where they were the Founder & Director. Finally, in 2004 they became a Board Member at CCRST - Arcep.
