Nicolas Pfiszter has over 20 years of experience in the IT field. Nicolas began their career in 2000 as a Technicien bureautique niveau 1 for SOCIETE GENERALE and CEGETEL at Electronic Data Systems. Nicolas was then promoted to Responsable d'équipe back office grands comptes at JCDECAUX. In 2007, they joined Witbe as a Chargé de support. In 2012, they were promoted to Responsable d'équipe de support client (5 personnes). In 2020, they joined Groupe Sigma as a Superviseur service desk & Incident manager.

Nicolas Pfiszter obtained a Brevet de Technicien Supérieur in Informatique Industrielle from Lafayette, Champagne sur Seine in 1999. Nicolas also holds certifications in ITIL v3 Foundation from PeopleCert (obtained in June 2021), Administration et Maintenance d’un environnement Windows 2003 Server (obtained in 2005), and Installation, Configuration et Maintenance de Windows XP Professionnel (obtained in 2005).
