Sílvia Gomes de Sousa

Sílvia Gomes de Sousa is a seasoned professional in organizational culture and development with a diverse background spanning various roles in consulting and training. Currently serving as a Culture Designer at With Company since May 2023, Sílvia previously held the position of Senior Consultant at pur'ple I purpose by people from June 2021 to April 2023.
