Matthew Swartz, LMSW

Matthew Swartz is a co-founder and president of Evolving Lives, Inc., a virtual psychotherapy organization focused on helping individuals heal and transform their lives. Matthew is also the founder and CEO of Evolving Lives Professional Group, LLC, where Matthew provides coaching and training to help individuals and organizations build fulfilling lives. Additionally, as the Chief Flow Officer at Recess Labs, Matthew leads the science and research to help people and teams achieve flow state. With over 10 years of experience in coaching and training, Matthew works with PCS-Global to coach high-performing individuals and train companies in various areas. Matthew has a strong background in clinical social work and mental health services, working with diverse populations in different settings. Matthew holds a Master's of Science in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University.
