Charles Spencer is a seasoned Medical Laboratory Technician with extensive experience in Clinical Laboratory Medicine. Currently employed at Witham Health Services since January 2019, Charles previously held the position of Senior Biologist at Eli Lilly and Company from July 1986 to December 2017, specializing in cancer cell biology, Flow Cytometry, epigenetics, cell culture, and mass spectrometry techniques. Early in Charles' career, a role as a Medical Technologist at Metrohealth HMO provided foundational experience in immunology, clinical chemistry, and hematology.
