Dan Swenson

Daniel Swenson is a Senior Practice Underwriter at Cherry since March 2022, focusing on underwriting for practice partners and practice risk monitoring. Prior to this role, Daniel served as an Academic Core Advisor at the University of North Dakota from August 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities included advising students across various majors, managing credit reviews for transfer students, and developing retention strategies. From September 2015 to August 2019, Daniel was an Instructor at the University at Buffalo, teaching composition and technical writing courses while adapting syllabi to meet diverse student needs. Earlier experience includes working as an Admissions Assistant at the University of Tulsa Office of Admissions and as the Assistant Director of the Outback Program at Leif Ericson Day Camp. Daniel holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University at Buffalo and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Philosophy with minors in English and Anthropology from The University of Tulsa.
