Celeste Pylko

Celeste Pylko is a real estate professional with over eight years of experience in the industry. Celeste currently works as the Real Estate Operations Manager at withco, a real estate investment firm. Prior to withco, Celeste worked as the Team Lead and Coordinator Resources at Better, a mortgage lender. There, they managed an average of 30+ loans per week and was responsible for loan restructuring based on FNMA requirements and borrower preferences. Celeste also has experience working with FHA loans and HUD. Before Better, they worked as the Transaction Coordinator at Roofstock, where they helped generate over $15 million in transactions for investors, managed 100+ buyer accounts, and was co-head of the MLS initiative. Prior to Roofstock, Celeste worked as the Seller’s Disclosure Contractor at Opendoor and as the Operations Manager at Eagle Springs Programs.

Celeste Pylko has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Celeste also has a degree in International Relations and Affairs from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Celeste is certified by the American Red Cross as an International Services Ambassador and by the State of California as a Notary Public.
