Elizabeth Fleury RN, BSN, PHN

Elizabeth Fleury has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Elizabeth started their career as a Realtor and property manager at Re/Max Realtec Group from 2003 to 2006. During this time, they achieved several sales awards and managed a small team.

In 2007, Fleury ventured into the health and wellness industry and became a business owner at LizFitness.com. Elizabeth offered personalized fitness, wellness, and nutrition consulting services to clients. Elizabeth built a sizable customer base and obtained certifications in personal training, sports nutrition, and mat Pilates instruction.

In 2011, Fleury pursued their passion for nursing and enrolled as a student at CSU San Marcos. Elizabeth completed an accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program with a GPA of 3.4 and graduated in December 2012. Elizabeth was also a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society.

Following their nursing education, Fleury worked as an IVF Coordinator RN for a reproductive endocrinologist at the Southern California Center for Reproductive Medicine from 2013 to 2016. Elizabeth then took on the role of Financial and Administrative Manager at Fleury Medical, LLC from 2016 to 2021.

From 2020 to 2021, Fleury worked at WithHealth as a Telehealth RN, where they provided remote healthcare services. Elizabeth also served as a Nurse Manager, overseeing workplace safety programs and managing a team of telehealth and onsite nurses. Additionally, they acted as a Remote Testing Coordinator, leading a team of nurses for VIP remote Covid-19 swabbing.

Fleury's most recent position at WithHealth is the Director of Care Delivery, which they have held since February 2023. In this role, they are responsible for developing and directing the Care Coordination Team, managing a team of care coordinators and leads, and improving training documents and workflows.

Elizabeth Fleury obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida in an unspecified year. Elizabeth then went on to attend California State University San Marcos from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing, specializing in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Prior to their university education, Elizabeth attended Clearwater Central Catholic High School, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.

In terms of certifications, Elizabeth has obtained several additional certifications. These include "Working with Upset Customers" from LinkedIn in September 2022, as well as the California Registered Nurse and Public Health Nurse certifications from the California Board of Registered Nursing in September 2022. Elizabeth also holds a Florida Registered Nurse (multistate license) from the Florida Board of Nursing, obtained in February 2021, as well as a Multistate Registered Nurse certification from the same institution in September 2022. Elizabeth also obtained several healthcare provider certifications in November 2012, including Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), all from the American Heart Association.
