Claudia De la Guerra has extensive work experience in operations and project management. Claudia began their career in 2010 as the Founder and CEO of Macchia, a B2B and B2C Bakery and event planning catering company. In 2011, they took on the role of Project Manager at All Drinks SAC, an alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage importer company. Here, they managed budgets, operations, and measured outcomes, as well as supervised all design and promotional elements. In 2015, they joined the Mexico Tourism Board as an International Project and Event Manager, where they were responsible for global events and projects across 13 international offices. Claudia planned and executed promotional campaigns and events, managing logistics, overseeing operations, and measuring results. In 2018, they joined Meero as a Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager. Here, they managed end-to-end project operations, overseeing pricing, developing new processes, managing interdepartmental coordination, supervising quality and delivery, developing and updating analytical reports, and measuring KPIs and project outcomes. Claudia was also appointed US market leader for new system deployments/updates. In 2021, they joined WITHIN as the Head Of Operations and Operations.
Claudia De la Guerra began their education in 2009, when they obtained a Diploma in Introductory Fashion Design from CEAM (Centro de Altos Estudios de la Moda). Claudia then went on to pursue a Communication Bachelor from Universidad de Lima, which they completed in 2010. In 2013, they earned a Diploma in Community Management from Social Media Academy. From 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master's Degree in Integrated Marketing from NYU School of Professional Studies. In 2021, they obtained a Certificate of Completion from Asana. Finally, in 2022, they are currently enrolled in a Professional Development course at Harvard Division of Continuing Education.
