Tanner Fraser has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2016 as a Summer Fellow for the Magnify Spring Program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. During this time, they consulted at Quicken Loans to analyze data on social architecture, leader actions, organizational agility, and process improvement capabilities, and made recommendations on enhancements to their Diversity & Inclusion program. Tanner also led a team of peers in a best in-class study on positive culture in downtown Ann Arbor, identifying exemplars of organizations utilizing strategic, positive capabilities such as academic flourishing, relationship-based teamwork, and innovation. In 2019, Tanner Fraser worked as a Digital Strategy Consultant (Contract) at Implementation Engineers, where they were a key member of a core team responsible for designing the company's go-to-market strategy around Industry 4.0 migration within the manufacturing industry. Tanner also led the creation and implementation of a digital culture model to assess and build a skilled, digital workforce to coincide with Industry 4.0. In the same year, they also worked as a Student for the Ross Capstone at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. During this time, they collaborated with a team of five to perform comprehensive research in the food industry, including retail channels, digital presence, packaging, and consumer behavior, to improve brand awareness and revenue. Tanner also constructed a detailed go-to-market strategy and built a financial model to demonstrate to executive leadership a potential increase in profitability. In 2020, Tanner Fraser began working at WITHIN, where they held the roles of Integrated Media Manager and Integrated Media Strategist. Currently, they are a Guest Lecturer at New York University, teaching a course on Web Analytics: SEO/SEM, PPC, Email & Clickstream, etc. In this course, students learn how to develop analytics to drive marketing and business objectives and improve ROI from digital initiatives.

Tanner Fraser received a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan in 2018. In 2019, they completed a Master of Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. In 2017, they attended the University of Sussex for an unspecified period of time.
