Shawn Erb

Shawn Erb is an experienced executive with a robust background in operations and business transformation. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Within Design, Inc. since June 2022, Shawn has previously held significant roles at MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. as Business Transformation Manager III and Director of Configuration Services. In these positions, responsibilities included leading business transformation initiatives, overseeing pharmacy benefit configurations, and guiding strategic goals. Prior to MedImpact, Shawn gained leadership experience at HD Supply, Road Runner Sports, and MedImpact, developing teams and managing customer service operations. Shawn holds a high school diploma from University City High School.
