Charlene Ondak

Charlene Ondak has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Charlene currently works at Within Health as the Vice President of Payer Partnerships since May 2023. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at Two Chairs from December 2021 to May 2023. Charlene also worked as a Consultant and Advisor in the digital health sector for various companies from February 2021 to December 2021. Additionally, Charlene held positions at Castlight Health, serving as the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships in the Health Plans division from October 2019 to February 2021, and as the Director of Channel Partners from March 2018 to October 2019. Charlene worked as an SAP.iO Foundry Startup Advisor at SAP.iO from August 2017 to April 2019. Charlene also gained experience at SAP, where they worked in business development and operations from October 2016 to April 2018 and participated in the IMPACT Leadership Rotation Program from September 2015 to October 2016. Charlene started their career as an MBA Intern in Large Customer Sales at Google in May 2014. Prior to that, they held roles at Vocus, serving as the Director of Account Management from August 2012 to August 2013 and as a Senior Account Executive from April 2009 to August 2012. Charlene'searliest work experience was at CEB, now Gartner, where they worked as an Account Manager from March 2008 to April 2009 and as a Senior Sales Associate from August 2007 to March 2008.

Charlene Ondak completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 2013 to 2015. Prior to their master's degree, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Miami University. Earlier in their educational journey, they attended Beaumont High School.
