Paula Kureczko

Paula Kureczko has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and research field. Paula currently works at intent as a Senior Recruiter, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Recruiter at intent from June 2021 to August 2022. Before joining intent, Paula worked at Acaisoft as a Junior IT Recruiter from August 2020 to May 2021. Paula also gained experience as a Research Consultant at Talentuno Poland from March 2020 to April 2020, where they were responsible for understanding clients' hiring needs, managing candidate pipelines, and utilizing creative sourcing channels. Paula started their career as a Junior IT Researcher at Seargin from May 2019 to September 2019, and earlier they worked as an Office Assistant and Junior Project Manager at Razut Translation Services from December 2016 to February 2019.

Paula Kureczko completed their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Management Studies from Bialystok University of Technology from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in English Studies from Uniwersytet w Bialymstoku from 2013 to 2017. Paula also attended Universita degli Studi di Cagliari from 2015 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in English Studies.
