Kevin Hartz

Kevin Hartz is the current chairman at Margin. Prior to this, they were a venture partner at Founders Fund from September 2016 to June 2018. Kevin has also held the position of mentor at Youniversity Ventures from January 2007 to January 2011. Kevin is also the founder of Eventbrite and a member of the board of directors and founder of Xoom, which was acquired by PayPal in 2015 for $1.1 billion. From October 1999 to August 2001, they were a principal at Outlook Ventures. Kevin's career began as a product manager at SGI from November 1995 to November 1997. Kevin then went on to co-found Connect Group in January 1998 and remained there until October 1999.

Kevin Hartz has a Bachelor of Arts & Science from Stanford University in Theirtory & Applied Earth Science, and an Mst in Theirtory from the University of Oxford.
