Michael Machuca

Michael Machuca is the current Director of Product at Otis. Prior to their current position, Michael was a Compliance Data Analyst at FBC Mortgage, LLC from June 2020 to July 2020. Before that, they were the Director of Business Development at Anthem Tax Services from January 2020 to June 2020. In this role, they managed the company's automated email and outbound call lead follow-up systems, collaborated with various directors and managers to ensure a successful roll-out of Microsoft 360 / Teams phone system company-wide, worked with IT for continual system quality analysis, and partnered with the marketing director to deploy campaign-specific in-bound call infrastructure for marketing campaigns. Michael also developed and optimized the company's first Sales Floor Activity & Performance reporting, created and presented analytical reports to ownership and management on a weekly basis, and provided ad hoc reporting upon request.
