The leadership team at Otis has a diverse range of experiences and educations. Many members have experience in business operations, strategy management, investment banking, marketing, and people operations. The team also has experience with early stage startups, development, and engineering. Additionally, many members of the leadership team have degrees from top institutions such as Columbia University, The University of Kansas, The Wharton School, University of California Berkeley, and Carnegie Mellon University.
